       For larger projects such as Remodels, Additions and New Construction.  Take Length x Width of total floor space.  That number is your total floor square footage, multiply that number by 4, This will give you your approximate wall and ceiling square footage (by the way, dividing this number by 48 will give you approximate number of  (12' x 4') boards of sheetrock your job will require. 

New construction:

       If your total wall and ceiling square footage is greater than 5,000 square feet multiply this number by $1.50 to recieve your estimated job cost.

                                         Includes cost of materials.

      If your wall and ceiling square footage is between 1,500 and 4,999 square feet multiuply this number by $1.85 to recieve your estimated job cost.

                                          Includes cost of materials.

Remodles & Additons:

       If your wall and ceiling square footage is greater than 5,000 square feet multiply this number by $2.00 to recieve  your estimated job cost.

                                                       Includes cost of materials.

      If your wall and ceiling square footage is between 1,500 and 4,999 square feet multiply this number by $2.50 to recieve your estimated job cost.

                                          Includes cost of materials.
